Great Shopping Experience but Disappointing Item
By: Laura on 15 March 2023Firstly, five stars to Papermaze for the always amazing customer service and super-fast shipping. I have been a regular customer for a few years now and am always happy with the service. I have previously bought G45 'premade' albums and have been disappointed (pages glued crooked, not centered, that sort of thing), so you'd think I'd have learned by now, but I was particularly excited about these new albums in a box because the pages aren't already attached. I watched the YT video and liked what I saw, so I bought a couple of each colour. I opened one of the ivory albums and my heart sank yet again. The adhesive tape on every single one of the pages of the 'insert' booklet has not held up, so all the pockets and pages have fallen apart. The flap with the magnetic closure is too chunky so it doesn't lie flat, and the overall finish of the box isn't great. I will try and do something with the one that I've opened, but the other 3 have already been listed on eBay. BTW I do love G45 blank tags, boxes and other Staples products, and I've spent an absolute fortune on their paper collections over the years and will continue to do so. I just won't be purchasing their premade albums again. Lesson finally learned (the hard/expensive way)!
