Where are you located?
Papermaze Scrapbooking Supplies is based in Maryborough, Victoria 3465. We are an online business and offer Local Pick Up by appointment.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Australia and New Zealand.
How much is postage?
Australia: $12.95 standard postage for orders under $150. Orders over $150 receive free standard postage.
Express Post: $26.95 for orders under $150, or $14.00 for orders over $150.
New Zealand: $28.50 standard postage for orders under 2kg. Please contact us for a quote for larger orders. Any customs duties or import charges are the buyer's responsibility.
When will my order be posted?
Orders are normally posted within 3 business days after payment has cleared. Delivery times depend on Australia Post or the relevant delivery service.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Local Pick Up is available from Maryborough by appointment.
Can I order out-of-stock items?
Please contact us. We may be able to provide an expected restock date or order the item from a supplier.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Some products are available for pre-order. If you are looking for a particular collection, please contact us and we can check availability.
What brands do you stock?
We stock brands including Graphic 45, Stamperia, Mintay, 49 & Market, Ciao Bella Paper, Uniquely Creative, Prima and more.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options are shown at checkout. If you have any problems paying, please contact us.
Can I combine orders?
Yes. Contact us before your orders are dispatched and we will do our best to combine them and adjust postage where possible.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must generally be unused, in original condition and suitable for resale. Please contact us before returning an item
What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Photos of damaged items and packaging may be helpful. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution.
