At Papermaze Scrapbooking Supplies, we take care to package your order securely and get it on its way to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently accept orders from Australia and New Zealand only.
Australia
- Standard Postage: $12.95 for orders under $150.00.
- Free Standard Postage: Orders over $150.00 qualify for free postage anywhere in Australia.
Express Post
Express Post is available if you require your order quickly:
- $26.95 for orders under $150.00
- $14.00 for orders over $150.00
Please select the Express Post option during checkout if you require this service.
New Zealand
- $28.50 standard postage for orders under 2kg.
- For orders over 2kg, we will provide a postage quote before shipping.
New Zealand Customers: Any customs duties, taxes or other import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Processing
Orders will normally be posted within 3 business days of clear payment being received.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on Australia Post or the relevant postal service and are outside our control.
Local Pick Up
If you live nearby, Local Pick Up is available from Maryborough, Victoria.
Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for collection.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide details and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
We accept change-of-mind returns provided the item is:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging where applicable
- Not cut, altered or damaged
- Suitable for resale
Please contact us before returning an item.
Return postage for change-of-mind purchases is the customer's responsibility. Original postage is generally non-refundable.
Items We Cannot Accept
We generally cannot accept returns for items that have been:
- Used or altered
- Cut or personalised
- Damaged after delivery
- Opened and no longer suitable for resale
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and checked.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
